Since I first developed the original program in 2003 I have personally learned a lot! The 2.0 version is a much more succinct and targeted program geared to bring you faster results.
First we have you choose a specific goal you’re wanting to achieve with your golf and then in order to attain it you learn:
- Brain and Golf Warm-Up Moves
- Brain Basics and Emotions
- Conscious and Sub-Conscious Mind Mechanics
- Mental Programming and Changing It
- Beliefs and How to Bust the Ones in Your Way
- You As a Golfer
The workshop includes a 70-page manual and worksheets with time both in the classroom and outside while putting/driving to translate what is taught into practical application for use during your practice and game. The workshop is approximately 3 to 3.5 hours (although extra time will be given if the golfer needs more to integrate the material taught).
Individual sessions are also available post-workshop via Zoom for belief busting or for help with a topic.
